"If you want to stay near Naples, I'd highly like to recommend this hotel. First it is located in a quiet and visitor friendly city where many wonderful restaurants are within just 10 minutes of walking. Second the hotel itself has very nice views you can enjoy. Third you can access to Naples, Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii and Amalfi very easily because its location is almost the center of them. And lastly its staff are very energetic and passionate to help and serve you. All of my friends said it was the best hotel and they would be back."

"첫날 체크인 할 때 리셉션에 있던 여직원은 첫인상이 너무 무서웠어요. 가뜩이나 나폴리에서 길 정체로 오래 걸려 피곤하고 늦은 시간이었는데 말투와 표정도 불친절해서 호텔 전체의 첫인상이 별루였습니다 그리고 스위트룸이었는데 쇼파베드에 있었던 침구에서 심한 얼룩이 발견되어 교체를 받았습니다. 그러나 일 처리가 신속했고 교체를 도와주셨던 호텔리어분은 친절하고 상냥했어요. 다음날 조식은 매우 훌륭했고 그 여직원이 사라진 리셉션도 친절하고 훌륭했습니다 오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되었고 과거 화려하고 유명했던 호텔의 명성이 이해가 되었습니다. 다음 번에 또 쏘렌토를 방문한다고 해도 이 호텔을 적극적으로 고려할 것입니다"

"제일 좋았던 점은 티비로 유튜브, 넷플릭스 시청이 가능하였고, 늘 청결히 청소해주셨습니다. 덕분에 편히 여행 즐겼어요.😀"

"15 min. walk from Napoli Centrale station. Neighborhood is so so but the hotel property is very good. You can get the most of your money at this hotel."

"Super close to the napoli centrale station and very decent condition with great staff. The only downside is neighbour hood is not good, just you need to walk fast for 2min to from the station."

"이탈리아에서 1박 40-50짜리 묵으면서 여행중인데 여긴 30만원대인데 다른곳 비교해서 여기가 최고입니다. 비싼 어떤호텔들보다 깨끗하고 시원하고 편안해요. 30만원대에 최고의 청결 및 편안함 느끼고 갑니다. 업그레이드도 해줬어요 최고!"

"조식 중에 샌드위치를 만들어 달라고했는데, 여자 직원이 알아서 만들어 먹으라고 했다. 인종 차별이 좀 있는거 같다."

"어플에서 모든 결제를 했지만 도시세를 다시 지불해야 했습니다. 공조기와 욕실 좌변기는 제대로 작동이 안되었고 발코니는 있었지만 역 근처라서 시끄럽습니다. 1박으로 짧게 숙박해서 매우 다행이었습니다."
