If it isn’t significantly cheaper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only real advantage is its proximity to the train station. Beyond that, it falls short: the rooms are very small, the facilities are below standard, and they require a deposit, unlike most hotels. There is no reception desk, so you may have to wait for assistance, and the soundproofing is poor—you can clearly hear noise from the corridor late at night. One major drawback is the ventilation fan, which sounds like a tractor in the bathroom. I’ve given this place three tries, drawn by the price, but have been disappointed each time.

Clean, modern rooms, but the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Most rooms are only accessible by steep and narrow stairways, and there are no elevators. The staff was very kind, allowing me to leave my heavy bag in the reception room because I couldn't carry it up to my room, and the receptionist in the morning offered to help carry my bags to the railway station after I checked out. The location is convenient, just around the corner from the railway station, though there is a stairway with about 20 steps on the way.

I would not go back there.
Our host who checked us in was lovely. It was clean and tidy. We were there for 4 nights. After the 2nd night I realised that it was mainly single or small groups of men staying there. I saw no families, this gave me an uneasy feeling and I did not feel safe. I was staying there with my daughter and disabled son. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hall coming from one of the rooms on the same floor as us. This caused us distress, particularly my son. I told the cleaner the next day and requested we be put in another room. I could not wait to leave, never have I stayed somewhere before and felt unsafe. It states that it is a family place, I do not agree.

Would recommend
Very nice place to stay, well looked after room and bathroom with an amazing shower. TV worked fine and the room was warm 24/7. Only complaint would be noise as the other tennants on our floor were loud but not the fault of the hotel

Great hotel
Really lovely and comfortable place, close to many things in Plymouth and easy to get to from train station. Rooms were great and stylish and the bathrooms modern and high pressure showers. Overall lovely stay for an affordable price. Will be returning.

Good if you need just a room in a decent location
Room was clean and had a hair dryer and towels but no toiletries. Struggled to find as not on google maps and set back from main road, would recommend using the "What3words" location. Car park is free but 10 mins away and double yellow lines on the street so could not unload car there and go park. Location was good as it was close to the high street and checking in/out was very quick. no real reception but a cupboard under the stairs with no signage so would not have found if there wasn't another resident there already.

Great stay and easy walk into the city centre
Whilst parking is available, my vehicle is over 2m tall so I had to park roadside and the restrictions are awful. The car park height limit is 2m apparently. The building and rooms however were outstanding, clearly recently refurbished and immaculate! Highly recommended

A great stay
Great experience. Location is good for the train station and a 5/10 minute walk to the Hoe. Very clean and bathroom was also very clean.

Not really Pure service
No kettle/tea or coffee making facilities. No socket in the bathroom for shaver etc. Confusing check in, told to walk 20 minutes from station and then 20 minutes back but then told to check in at the property.
