“I booked with breakfast & dinner package for christmas. When I book this hotel, there was no notice about Gala dinner on that day. But when I check in, they said I did not include Gala dinner, and there was no normal dinner on that day. If I could not have dinner there, I would not stay this hotel because there were many hotel with better condition than this hotel with the same budget without dinner package.”

“Good location walking distance to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and tidy, room service was regular and thorough changing towels and cleaning the room. Reception gave good advice about the area and ordered taxi's as needed. I did feel that the price was a little high for the standard of hotel but it seemd to be a busy time to visit Tenerife generally so prices may have risen as a result. ”

“Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar. Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll. ”
