“I booked with breakfast & dinner package for christmas. When I book this hotel, there was no notice about Gala dinner on that day. But when I check in, they said I did not include Gala dinner, and there was no normal dinner on that day. If I could not have dinner there, I would not stay this hotel because there were many hotel with better condition than this hotel with the same budget without dinner package.”

“Good location walking distance to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and tidy, room service was regular and thorough changing towels and cleaning the room. Reception gave good advice about the area and ordered taxi's as needed. I did feel that the price was a little high for the standard of hotel but it seemd to be a busy time to visit Tenerife generally so prices may have risen as a result. ”

“Prachtig hotel, geweldige sfeer. Het personeel: nog nooit zulke vriendelijke mensen gezien! Plezier in hun werk, stuk voor stuk. De gangen zijn aan een opknapbeurtje toe. De kamers: prachtig! Goede bedden, 1 minpunt: de liften. Een drama. Er is 1 in gebruik en dan zitten de schoonmakers er ook nog vaak in met hun kar”

“Being greeted with a glass of Champagne was a very good start. Inside, the hotel looked like a Hollywood set, as was the pool area - a space fit for Cleopatra herself. The breakfast had excellent choices and open for a good time. No in-house restaurant for dinner at this time, which was disappointing, but the main street was 2 minutes away and full of eating places. The beach was outside the front door as was the promenade, which went around the whole bay area. An excellent place to holiday.”
