The owner, Shaq, was incredibly kind and provided everything we needed. Your day starts with a perfect Costa Rican breakfast overlooking the ocean and the rest of the day is your oyster. My husband and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will be back!”

“We had a really good stay at El Sano Banano overall. The highlight was definitely the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. “It is a very beautiful property with amazing views! The staff was very friendly. They were constantly cleaning. The food was great and reasonably priced. (We have had a hard time with finding good food for a good price in the previous places we stayed. The beach was incredible! It is a a tough drive on gravel would recommend a 4 wheel drive with good tires. We had a small car and had to go very slow. There is three creeks that need to be crossed we were okay because it is the dry hot season.”
