The hotel was very clean. Most of the employees were nice. Some seemed to think we didn't belong. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful.
The bathrooms are not as private as I would've liked. The sliding door has many gaps and there was no fan to help with any odor. So the whole room just stank.
There was a complete lack of ice. I'm old fashioned and would've liked an ice machine or access to ice at least. Would've liked ice at breakfast too. The breakfast was wonderful aside from the missing ice.
I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation. It's only feet away from Times Square too.
