100 euros deposit by credit card is cancelled when check out(after checking room cindion and I passed it), but I couldn't receive a receipt of cancel because of card system errors.(the hotel said they did cancel and I told them I want a receipt)
2 weeks passed now and I cant check the cancel of 100 euros. I am just waiting the card refund. :(
