The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...

"I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...
