"The room itself was fine, though the shower did not get as hot as we would have liked. The elevator floor was ripped up and dirty and did not make a good impression. We checked in late at night, coming off the highway, and it felt a little seedy but probably would have felt different earlier in the day. Also, we were given an ADA room. Would have preferred a regular room."

The manager Manukh called Expedia and straightened out the reservation and the payment. He also found us a room with a walk in shower. That my wife needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful "
