“Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle.”

“the toilet seat was broken , when we reported this they said they would inform maintenance, although they had dining rooms we had to go over the road to there sister hotel for our evening meal which we were overcharged for, on getting back to our hotel the toilet had not been fixed and we had to go to reception for a second time , we were told that they would move us to the sister hotel across the road, we had no help in moving just told to go over to the other hotel we were told we could have...

““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””
