“I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it.”

“Our original accommodation was unavailable due to a water leak but we got no notice from the hotel, who had to scramble to get us accommodation in the main hotel for 1 night and then in an alternative apartment for 2 nights. It broke our stay and was very inconvenient. Unfortunately the noise levels in both alternate places was appalling. Loud music from the local, pubs blaring until 3am in the morning. No idea why Liverpool City allows this.”
