“A proximité de la plage et du centre . La dame rencontrée est très gentille , elle ne parle que le croate . Mais malgré la frontière de la langue il n’y a pas de problème. Le logement est simple mais efficace avec la climatisation et bien placé ”

“Alt i alt det var et fint opphold. Maten var litt monotont. Veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Stor pluss for smilende værelsesbetjenter og resepjonister. Minus er at hotell mangler heis og det er vanskelig for folk med minste helseprobleblemer. Man kan ikke kalle 2 etg. noe som i realiteten er 6 etg. Faraon tilsvarer en tre stjerners hotell. ”

“Die Lage ist traumhaft. Allerdings gibt es zu wenige Plätze, um im Freien zu essen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, leider war aber besonders zum Frühstück permanent etwas aus (Eier, Pfannkuchen). Die Zimmer sind neu, schlicht aber geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmermädchen dürten besonders dem Boden etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Das Angebot an (Sport-)Events war unaufdringlich und ausgewogen. ”

“The staff at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location was excellent. However there were a few flaws in the room: no proper hot water, no indication of internal phone numbers (we had to go down to the reception to get wi-fi password and coffee/tea) and the room was a bit dated (toilette included).”

“The hotel is nice enough, and it’s in a good location, but our stay was utterly ruined by dreadful customer service, specifically by the owner’s daughter, which was a real shame. She was extremely confrontational and aggressive when I (very politely) raised an issue with her, which she had directly caused the previous day, and when I told her it had impacted my whole day, her answer was “well I had a bad day too, because of this incident, so we are the same!” There was no hint of apology or...

“La piscine n’est qu’un bassin pour les enfants. La baignoire sous la pente du toi ne permet pas de prendre une douche dommage. Le petit restaurant est très bien ”
