“Hôtel moderne et confortable proche de la gare et du funiculaire. Accès aux Arcs très facile via navette et funiculaire. On y mange très bien. Le personnel est jeune, professionnel et aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit regret, qu’il n’y ait pas un espace spa pour se détendre après une journée de ski.”

“Excellent séjour, repas et service au top (au bar également). Personnel au petit soin et réactif ! (Accueil et ménage). Juste ajouter une poubelle devant l’hôtel pour les pique niques. Et aussi racheter quelques luges pour les enfants ”

“Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!”

“Staff were very friendly. Property was clean with plenty of space in room. Spa was nice after a day of skiing. ”

“Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

“Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

“The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience. If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. ”
