After not receiving the email with the information one would need, I called the office to inquire & was told I was emailed the week before. Only when I asked how I would search for it because I had nothing from South Winds, she then checked & said there was a problem with my email & put me on hold. When speaking again , she called out my email& I confirmed it was correct & said she was sending me the information right away.
After arriving, I contacted the office again because we could not access the WiFi with the information she sent on the email and was told it was all correct; to just unplug the router & move it around the condo to get it to work. Not at all helpful. It was in fact a completely different user name than included on the email.
The sofa bed, which we had intended to use, had not been changed since the last guests. Sheets were collided into the couch, sweaty, musky & full of sand. No clean sheets were provided.
