“The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic.”

“Hotel is very old not matching the pictures. AC is cooling only the office area not the room. we have suffered and couldn’t sleep due to exhaustion of the heat. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Toilet cover was broken. The cafeteria was extremely hot we were sweating while eating.”

“If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. ”

“All staffs are professional and kind, calm place for relax, well maintained with classical decoration. bit Far from city(off road, nothing near to hotel), too many insect(ant), no wifi in the room (we were biggest room), private swimming pool is dirty(we couldnt swim in there even our purpose was that) ”
