“A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. “The main reception was spacious and clean however in the middle of June in 37 degree heat the air conditioning was never on. The dining hall which we paid all inclusive for also never had the air conditioning on, flies were a huge problem!. Not a huge variety in food, juice machine never worked and no fresh juice. The room was bright and spacious however the bathtub and toilet were old and stained and needed major updating. For a 4 star hotel no kettle or water bottles were provided....
