Only 2 unexpected issues- I was put in a handicap room, and the shower door did not close so water was everywhere, and the bells from Town Hall are VERY LOUD at night. Not sure if a room on another side of the hotel would have helped? Also not sure if those bells ring every night...."

"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"
