“Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

“This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean with a great view of the bay and had a balcony where you can spot the otters and seals with the provided binoculars. Restaurants had great service and offered room service. Check in, valet and bell service were top notch. Would stay there again when in Monterrey for sure.”
