“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. “We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Japan for our honeymoon. Chika was excellent at communicating before we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. Great location in Echoland, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of shuttle stops for ski resorts within 5 mins or less walk. Discount on rentals and lift tickets was great. We stayed in the adjacent log building which was beautiful and had a great kitchen and shared living area with a fire. Room itself was lovely, really cosy and warm...

“Wonderful place to spend a few days in Hakuba Valley. A short 10 minute walk to Escal Plaza and Goryu ski resort. Toshi and his wife are so kind and accommodating. The property is clean and quiet, the perfect resting place for several days on the slopes. ”

“Friendly, warm and homely. In the middle of the action with all the ski shuttles and ski hire etc almost at the front door. Also a lovely hot spar bath after a day on the slopes. Owner friendly and helpful. ”

“施設内の床の段差が多く歩きにくい。 清掃は行われているようだが、犬の宿泊も可能な施設のため臭気がある。 他の宿泊客の生活音が響くのでとても気になる。”

“A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer”
