“We stayed at during the off season. The staff was wonderful! Very quick to help in any way they can. Our room was a balcony facing the ocean and was beautiful! Comfy beds with plenty of pillows! ”

“I liked the security, The carpet in the hallways was unique and fun to look at. The staff was happy and friendly right down to the cleaning crew. The doors where very heavy and caused a lot of noise when shutting. I know they have to be fireproof which makes them heavy but maybe something could be done to make them quieter when being shut. ”

“I spent my family trip in this hotel. It was good because it is located near the sea. The sad thing was that the bathtub was not draining well. The second day, I asked for a repair, and it was nice to have it fixed right away. The crabs also smelled badly of mold in the air conditioner. Except for a few of these, it was a nice hotel.”

“Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach.
