"We chose this hotel mainly for the spa and proximity to mount Fuji but I did not expect the views we received in the morning. We were blessed with clear skies and saw Mount Fuji in all of its glory. The room(s) were spacious and the bath tub was nice and comfortable. The property is a tad dated though in the sense that each room is operated with a key and not a keycard "

"This was the first time for us to stay at Centara, but will not be the last. Our family of four chose a family room and it was perfect with the bunkbeds and the king size bed, and the complete design of the room so thoughtful. The staff and the breakfast buffet were very memorable. Thank you for celebrating our 25th anniversary with us as well!"

Convenient and relaxing!

"Once you check-in they provide a little refresher treat which was really nice since we took a train to Kyoto! The laundromat was a life saver and convenient to use. Overall the onsen, the hotel, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Love that it was convenient near stores/shopping mall too (not too far of a walk)! "
