“We were there the weekend of the big snowstorm, and considering the fact that most everything around town was shut down, the hotel was able to take good care of everyone that was staying with them at that time. The staff that made it in, we appreciated every one of you. ”

“It’s always beautiful ! We love staying in this place. Verbena is delicious and I love the market. The rooms are huge, so noises do reverberate, the bathrooms are giant also. The water pressure coming out of the shower head in our room wasn’t the best, but it’s all beautiful to look at. It would be helpful if there was a fan in the bathroom for noise (for the people who cannot sleep in dead silence) and to help with the steam. We will always be back for special occasions. ”

“Lobby coffee pot was often empty, hot water pot had water, not hot water. Other than that, room was excellent, staff were welcoming.”

“I just loved this hotel mainly for the location. We had a great view of the ice rink, fire pits. So quiet but plenty of things to do and see. I’d stay here again and again. Great staff, bar, beds. Not enough towels provided. No drawers for clothes. ”
