“The first unit had no running hot water to the showers, and the washing machine was as loud as a freight train, really! We moved to a different property and unit, and the second unit was much better. Issue there was having to repack, move and unpack again, was no deal at all!!! G. Brown”

We were told we could check in a couple hours early for a fee, but when we arrived a realtor was showing the condo, so we couldn't get in. The pool was at a different resort building. It was not as shown in the picture. Some of the pictures listed were misleading and we may have chosen a different place had we known.”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs.
