“X Kirra apartments were amazing. Not sure how long ago they were built but they look and feel almost brand new. Very clean, fresh and modern. The view was outstanding. We could see all the way to the high rises of the Goldie. We found an awesome little coffee/breakfast spot called the Kirra Cafe which was right next door to our apartments. “The resort is lovely with a number of places to eat nearby. The apartment is best suited for families with teenagers not young children as the rooms are not adjoining. They have separate access. The apartment is part of the resort but privately owned so reception will not attend to any queries. One of the access cards wouldn’t enable access to pools. The bathroom tap in studio constantly ran. Rather than fixing it, there was a sign stating that the tap drips with tips of how to fix it -“turn...

“Overall, Regency was very good, but the room we stayed in needed maintenance done. Curtains in bedroom were in poor condition (didn't properly cover the glass door/windows), the hand basin in bathroom was cracked & should be replaced, the glass sliding door onto deck from main room was difficult to open (needs oiling or wheels replaced), the bathroom has no or very little ventilation so smelt quite a bit at times.”
