“This is our second stay at Oaks Townsville and we enjoyed it immensely. On both occasions, the front desk staff have been extremely friendly and welcoming, and on both occasions we have received room upgrades which we really appreciated. Our one-bedroom was beautiful - freshly renovated and decorated and had a lovely big balcony. The infinite pool was so inviting after a day of hot weather, and has a great outlook on the river. The public areas of the building could do with a bit of sprucing...

“매우 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 되어 있어서 기분이 좋았습니다. 하지만 야외 수영장은 예상외로 작고 지저분했습니다. 다른 서비스 부분은 만족합니다.”

“Lovely balcony and pool. Spacious apartment. Furniture and carpet could use an update. Excellent location.”

“거의 모든 것이 만족스러웠던 휴가였다. 깨끗한 객실과 가까운 공원 등 아이들과 함께 하기에 최고였던 거 같다. 하지만 아쉬웠던 점은 웹싸이트에 나와있는 야외사진들이 모두 호텔 소유가 아닌 퍼블릭 커뮤니티던데 고객들이 헷갈리게 제대로 고지를 안한 것과 공사 중이라 내가 머무는 곳에 가려면 오피스에서 다시 차로 이동해야 했던 점이다. 그 외에는 정말로 괜찮은 곳이라는 생각이 든다.”

“바다가 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았다. 그리고 조금만 걸으면 수영장을 이용할 수 있고 먹고 볼 수 있는것들이 많았다.”

“The apartment was huge with plenty of storage space and living space. We loved being amongst the trees and a short walk to the cafe and public pool. Will definitely return.”
