"The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."

"The location is in the outskirts of the centro, but conveniently close to the Metro. Two blocks to be precise. And from there you can get anywhere in Milano. The staff is super friendly, check ins are amazingly quick. The rooms are pristine clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is a mini buffet style, very satisfying and nutritious. Excellent experience. "

"The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. The hotel is no frills, but has all the comfort you need, from good beds to clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
