“Enjoyed staying at a historical site. Breakfast was delicious and Terri extended her hospitality by giving us a tour of the lodge.”

“Front porch floor needs refinished, TV didn’t work properly AC window unit loud and marginal Steps to third floor a bit sketchy. Narrow, twisty. Traffic noise loud Floor very squeaky”

“Cute, comfortable loft for large group. Good breakfast in dining room. Lovely garden. Noted safety concern and risk for fall down stairs near bathroom. TV not set up correctly. Staff was able to fix it. 5 guests unable to shower daily due to water pressure issues. Staff attempted to fix, but fix did not last. Also unable to flush toilet when water pressure down. Possible mouse in ceiling scratching during night over 1 bed. Would hope for contact by owner and possible partial refund offer.”

“This hotel was convenient to reach once we got to the island. They also offer porter service to bring your luggage to and from the docks so you know your bags are secure until you are settled in your room. Breakfast and tea are served and the main level area accommodates a great number of guests, but there are plenty of chairs on the wrap-around porch to soak up some sunshine throughout the day. Great employees!”

“The hotel location is next door to the Catholic Church and an easy 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants on the Island. The breakfast was of good quality, but lacked hot options other than instant oatmeal. Overall, this is a fine hotel and we will book again in the future.”
