“Check in was quick. The room was very nice and quiet. We had a problem with the TV remote and Jesse was great! He worked until he found one that would work. He’s a great employee. We asked were a good place to eat was. He recommended the hotel restaurant. He could have sent us other places but, stayed true to Clarion. We went to the restaurant. The blonde waitress was also great as was the food. We’d stay there again!”

“Shreveport hotels out past the airport are all mid-level, meaning no Marriott's or Hiltons. There is Hilton Garden Inn, La Quinta, Sleep Inn. Those level hotels. Sleep Inn is as nice as the rest. They do have an indoor pool an jacuzzi which is nice. Best part its next to a mexican resturant, a Cracker Barrel, and thw Walmart.”

“The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. I wasn't aware we had to request housekeeping when we left for the day and came back that evening to dirty towels and unmade bed. Called housekeeping and they promptly brought new towels and coffee for the morning.”
