“If you are there during a heat spell , pack a mini usb fan. That was nice for the evenings but spend most of your time outdoors in this beautiful place and you’ll be fine when you sleep !”

“This was the best place we have ever stayed. Staff was incredible! Went above and beyond to care for us and make our stay as confortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, and amazing. Would stay here over and over again. And hopefully will! Nowhere else I’d recommend.”

“The property was great and communication was good.
The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. Getting the deposit back was not any easier than paying it. If you don’t already live in the UK, I highly recommend not booking this property. It is not worth the effort even though it is a...

“This was a little tougher than expected. However it was altogether nice. More like renting a resort cottage. Would be great for young couples or groups of friends. Lots of little extras having a full kitchen and laundry. Shower not really an option. Local area very quiet. This also meant few options for pubs or restaurants except the local grocer. Slept well with the windows open and enjoyed magnificent views of the mournes and water.”
