“I paid for this stay but never got to stay here. Could not find the place. Tried two addresses, one listed here and one listed on Google Maps. There was no sign and nothing that looked like a hotel. I couldn’t get ahold of the property by phone, but maybe that’s just an international calling issue. I did not feel safe wandering around the neighborhood lost with all my luggage so I ended up booking somewhere else last minute. “From the moment you get to Puerta Azul you feel welcome and on vacation. Its location is outside the main cities of west bay and west end which is great. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well equipped. The dock is amazing and you can snorkel right off of it and swim to the barrier reef. The food is also tops. Everything we ate was delicious! We had a car which made getting around easy. Was perfect for getting scuba certified in west end at salty boogers. I could not have asked for a better...
