“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. “This is a beautiful property with a friendly staff. The hot breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property has beautiful gardens and landscaping with wonderful views of Eureka Springs. We had a great time and were sorry we had to leave so soon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eureka Springs.”

“Covered parking, saved money, small but clean and nice room, comfy bed, hotel bar, restaurant. Overall I was very pleased. I usually stay in one of the big chain hotels, but I’d happily choose this place again. The staff was the most pleasant and welcoming I have encountered in years. I felt bad not eating breakfast after being greeted by the lady I assume was a server. Looking forward to next time! ”
