"We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
