“Clean and could be nice but couldn't watch the TV as internet was too slow and even after getting assistance, still didnt work. Also we got 2 rooms and the fan on the heater was broken and loud so had to relocate to another room. ”

“We checked in and went straight to our room, we discovered our tv was broken (wasn’t that big of a deal I just didn’t want to get charged for it when it wasn’t us) we called down to the desk and she sent maintenance right away and they got us a replacement in less then 20 minutes! Although it was wrestling weekend everything was maintained nice and breakfast definitely hit the spot and had lots of options. ”

“My wife and I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Gillette for a one-night trip. The room was clean, had nice amenities (fridge, cooktop, desk, large tv, etc.) but was a bit of an awkward layout. Maintenance hadn't been kept up with minor dings/scratches all over and even a small hole where the backup door lock had contacted a door. “My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 1 am. The shuttle was there and waiting for me. The gal driver was very sweet and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk had my keys ready to go. Great service!!”

“The elevator was not working the whole entire stay so we had to use the stairs not a huge deal but so did eveyone else. When people would go through the stairway doors they would just let them slam. Our room was right next to the stairway so we would hear doors slamming all hours of the night. Therefore sleeping was difficult. Also there treadmill machine is broke so I was unable to get my workouts in. By the looks of it in the picture of the gym it has been broken for awhile. It is still stuck...

“Check in staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking outside the door was convenient with dogs. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Snowed a foot overnight and in the morning a path was plowed around my vehicle to make loading up easier.”
