“The hotel was large and nice. We chose it for the hot tub and pool, which was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered to us quite quickly. The room itself didn't cool down, no matter what temp we chose on the thermostat, but we opened a window. The HVAC was very loud in the hallway, but didn't bother us in the room.”

“It was an overall clean hotel. The pool was a nice size. It was busy with new years but to be expected. My son had an absolute blast! There was people running and screaming in the hall on and off until 3am but again a holiday. It’s a perfect get away. The few staff we talked to were nice. ”

“Check in was quick and efficient. Lovely, clean room. The provided bathroom products were excellent. Nice quiet room with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I have now stayed at this hotel 3 time during the Christmas holiday, and have found it beautifully decorated, and welcoming.”

“Check in was an hour later than usual but we did end up with what appeared to be a room upgrade. We come here lots and it was a holiday so we get it. They were very friendly and called as soon as room was ready no complaints here! Kept up the good work front desk staff!! While we waited for our room to be ready we played in the arcade. aThe staff in there was the best so friendly and engaging. Keeping up!”
