“There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. “The rooms and the pool buildings are very clean. The surrounding areas could be a little more well kept but I also understand it was non season and it appeared there were still construction going on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!”
