“We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean. The balcony door was very hard to close. I couldn't do it alone. My husband had to close it. The beach is not swimmable, but the view is perfect. The location was great. “Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our...
