"Very nice resort, a perfect location for skiers with ski-in/out and gear locker room. Hot tubs were really nice after a day of skiing, and there were several of them, so plenty of space. The restaurants were all good, especially Six Peaks (try the roasted carrots!). Also had good meals at the Noodle House and Sandy’s Pub (bartenders at Sandy’s were great). I thought the room rate was very reasonable given the resort’s prime location and amenities."

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"The property was beautiful. We didn't know what we were getting when we booked, but we got a beautiful 2 story, 2 bedroom condo, fully stocked with everything you could ever need - including coffee. (not food, of course.) It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was much quieter than it would have been if we had stayed in the resort rooms, just a block up the road. We had full access to resort amenities, and easy parking, transportation up the hill, and a quiet place to sit by the...

"The Pepper tree is a great spot in Tahoe City if your are looking for a no frills affordable spot it stay while you Ski Palisades and Alpine meadows. The PT is a quick 10 min drive to the base parking lot at Palisades. No hot tub but still a great place. Staff was great, as well. "
