“The older gentlemen at reception was so nice and polite, very professional and helpful. The room was renovated, carpets new, doors new, bathroom fine, mattress very comfortable. The only criticism is that the duvet cover did not smell nice. It smelt like dog was sleeping there or dirty socks. I think it was to do with the way the linen was dried and stored but not sure. We reported to reception next day. ”

“We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉”
