“Was an okay stay”

“Easy to get around. Smaller resort and easily walkable.”

“The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived in the lobby. I was greeted by Donoye (sorry if i misspelled her name) and Tracy Ann. ”

“We liked the variety of beachfront offerings, the snorkeling, beautiful views from almost everywhere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms on the luxury side could use some updating, especially additional plugs near the beds. Suggestion: bring extension cords or multi plug units.”

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”

“We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There...
