"Even though we had some extenuating circumstances with a very bad storm knocking the power out, the hotel allowed us to have an extended late check out the next day and even refunded my stay due to the inconvenience! The staff that greeted us and provided phenomenal customer service during a very stressful time made the experience more bearable! I can’t wait to do a return visit to experience the hotel under normal conditions!"

"Clean room, comfy bed, nice hot shower. My only negatives were that breakfast ends at 10 am on a Sunday, that was very inconvenient. Also a housekeeper knocked on our door about 1.5 hrs before checkout time to see if we had checked out yet. They should be able to communicate that better so you dont bother guests."

"The staff was friendly and the check in process was quick. The hallways could use a good vacuum sweep however the room itself was clean. I believe the hotel is being slowly renovated. I stayed in a king suite which was spacious. "
