“Check in is complicated processes especially after hours ”

“A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them.”

“SCAMMER ALERT. Purchased a night and they didn't send me the registration link for my stay, nor did they reply to any of my messages. I even showed up at the location. I ended up having to find a new place to stay last minute. You've been warned. ”

“**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation! Expedia is STILL fighting to get my refund and they STILL DON'T ANSWER CALLS. I was...

“SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel”
