“Great short stay, just the mattresses within the 2bedroom cottage that disappointed.”

“The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. ”

“Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. ”

“Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.”

“Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.”

“Clean and friendly hotel. However, very hard to find the hotel entrance from the road. No sign on the street. Parking lots are very narrow. It is an apartment or resort rather than a hotel.”

“Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

“It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”
