“Salutation Inn, Velindre, Pembrokeshire Disappointing customer service. Within minutes of making my booking, I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong hotel location. I immediately called the manager, Emyr, using the published telephone number, explained the mistake, and asked if the reservation for the two rooms could be refunded. He referred me to Expedia Customer Service, and they discussed the matter directly. Despite the booking error being reported almost immediately, I was told...

White wine at dinner served warm were told there was no chilled wines in the fridge. Evening menu is limited but we're still informed on the 2nd night that the first two options were Unavailable. There appears to be no managerial oversight”

“Absolutely beautiful stay at the imperial dragon hotel. Staff went above & beyond to help as my husband is disabled. Room was lovely. Food in lokkis was out of this world. We had dinner & afternoon tea there , both times were divine. Highly recommend the cocktails. Breakfast was amazing too , great selection. We cant wait to come back for new year. ”

“I came in on the late ferry arriving just before midnight, expecting a room key left on the desk; nope, a sweet lady greeted me & carried my suitcase up to my room. Didn’t expect that so late in a small hotel in a small village. Room had everything I needed. They were fine with me leaving my suitcase for a while in the morning while I went for a walk. Very convenient to both the ferry & train station.”

“Brilliant place to stay, warm welcome on arrival and friendly people. The room was cosy and very clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was served hot, unlike most places, and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend staying here, look forward to going back there soon. 11/10”

“There was no staff. We did not see a single person during our stay. Everything was key coded. Parking was good. Room was clean. “Breakfast” was stale as it was pre-packaged food left on the bed upon arrival.”

“This place is truly unique. We were met at reception and shown to the breakfast room and various lounges, then to our room. All had spectacular views. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. We ate at the local pub a short walk away along with other residents and had a very pleasant evening.
