Room for improvement when it comes to cleaning and maintenance of the property, the Villas were very dusty (remote controls, surfaces, especially floors so your bed linens get contaminated) and toilet paper holder was broken. Towels were stained and ripped, and crunchy/rough (likely hung to dry). Oversight with the toiletries as no hair conditioner provided until the second last night of stay. Some light bulbs were not installed in the lights and just left on the table. Hot water didn't work one of the nights so cold showers. For some reason, only top sheets were provided. I had to ask for extra bed linens, but was only provided one top sheet but no blanket. For the length of stay (4 nights) it would have been preferred to have the bed linens changed once instead of refolded with the ends overhanging the bed and picking up the floor dust. There was no signage for the pool, or the villas to indicate which one was yours. Not enough pool towels, and wifi did not extend to the pool. They insisted on paying city tax in cash which I found a bit odd. They seem to be under construction and noise (appears to have acquired a pre-existing older property and are trying to expand) so be careful of unmarked construction hazards. If loud, sustained sounds of birds in the morning wake you, bring earplugs. However, the staff does try to be very helpful and communicative, but there's a language barrier depending on who is available to help.
