“This hotel is amazing would highly recommend this to anyone going to val thoren ! The staff were brilliant and nothing was an issue - they sorted ski hire ,ski passes and even when our transfer cancelled on our return they sorted us a different one at 5am just outstanding service . We ate in the Italian every night and the girls in the restaurant were just the best . Tbh I could rave on and on about this hotel and cannot wait to get back next year ”

“It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.”
