โWe had a really lovely stay at The Craft House. The room and particularly the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were so lovely! Highly recommended!โ
โWe had such a lovely one night stay, the hosts were so helpful and thoughtful, especially as we were arriving late on a Saturday evening. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for any length of stay. Lovely breakfast tooโ
โMy stay was limited to a place to sleep as I was attending sporting event, so experience limited, however the room was clean, shower decent and check in and out very friendly and efficient so no complaints at all!โ
โWell located, comfortable hotel next to Plymouth Hoe. The room was large but the bathroom was a tad small, but very clean. Good view across the Barbican and I could see my car in the hotel car park. Nice lobby area where you can get a drink and a snack. The breakfast area is on the 11th floor with great views. The pool and sauna are a pleasant place to relax. My only criticism is that the air-conditioning was rather noisy.โ

Special shout out to Olivia who did a tremendous job at breakfast, the dining room was packed with guests and it overflowed into the lounge bar too! They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job โฆ well done Olivia!โ
