Booked a king nonsmoking room on Expedia online. Get to motel and was told they overbooked and were we ok with a queen. Was told they would take $50 off our two night stay, which they didn't. When checking out, different lady, i explained the discount had not been given. She at first said they couldn't do that because it was through a 3rd party, Expedia, but then she said she would. It took 5 days before the first charge fell off and the new one applied but she made it work. She was wonderful. A lot of hassle for a very bland, tired old motel. It is clean though.
