Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Since I had no previous experience with this brand, I booked through Expedia for a really good rate of $65. We were given an accessible room, which we did not ask for, but the rooms were advertised as having a fridge and microwave. When we brought this to their attention, they just shrugged us off and did not do anything about it.
A couple days later we had to change rooms, which was fine, however, as I was in the washroom, a bulb exploded over my head, and I had to get glass out of my feet as well as my service dog’s paws.
The person at the front desk did not seem to know how to handle the situation, but then said I would have to move rooms again. Having pretty severe PTSD, the exploding lightbulb situation put me into severe anxiety complete with a panic attack, and I was unable to leave the room for almost 2 days.
The next room we were in had a massive hole in the wall, the bathroom counter was falling off the walls to the point where anything going on the counter would slide off.
Card was charged for whatever they felt like and not the promised rate. SCAM!
