“Nice modern place convienantly located in Glasglow. Our unit was on the top floor and there was no lift so lugging our heavy suitcase up wasn’t ideal. Need more dishwasher pods and larger pots (as we cook) would be nice. We would stay here again. ”

“Having received 2 emails stating check in was 2pm we were disappointed to receive email the day before arriving that it was 3pm. When we phoned to enquire about discrepancy we were told 2pm was a mistake and they refused to change it. We phoned back to complain and eventually they said they would try and have snug ready for 2pm. It was important for us because the wedding we were there to attend started at 3 pm. “Good amenities - the wifi worked, the shower had good temperature & pressure, the beds were comfortable. The town is lovely - right out the back of the building, you can walk to Linlithgow Palace by taking the trail around the little lake. There are restaurants & cafes close by. ”

“We love staying here, and have never had any issues. The rooms are always clean and bedding comfortable. The shower is excellent. I usually bring a tea towel with me as it is not always provided. There is on site parking but not the easiest to access as it is down a narrow lane, but with care it is fine. the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the building is well maintained.”
