“The building needs more maintenance and upgrade. The suites or rooms are clean but the surroundings are not to great. The staff is friendly. I just think that they have to fix the building.”

“It is centrally located in Old San Juan. The property owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns. We have the rooftop, Room 12, which is not recommended if are not fit. The room could be more secure if there was a deadbolt for both entry doors. I would definitely stay here again! But…I’ll take Room 7 next time!”

“The property owners communication was fantastic and very welcoming. We had the two bdrm suite and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, sofa folds out to entire bed. I would stay here again. ”

“Liked we had our own parking. Liked having extra towels. Liked how secure the doors were. Liked the washers and dryers even tho this trip I didn’t need them, but maybe next time. Liked the curtain over our front door. Liked the brand new iron. Liked the hot water in the shower. Didn’t like that our remote was broken, didn’t like the light above the bed, it was too close and I kept hitting my head with it. Lol ”
