“La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non era nemmeno pubblicizzata sulla piattaforma; non abbiamo visto nessuna foto. Il proprietario ci ha lasciati alla porta per oltre un'ora senza sapere cosa fare, senza rispondere al telefono. La pulizia era buona, ma la stanza era piena di muffa. L'unica nota positiva è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-out posticipato.”

“This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or...

“The communication with the host was a bit confusing as I was told that a “colleague” would be there but, actually, it was the host’s mother. Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom....

“La Villa Sant’Andrea est idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de Sienne et de l’ensemble des commodités. Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cette maison pleine de charme. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et préparés avec soin. Parking gratuit et aisé devant la maison. Un immense merci à Maria et Chiara pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Leur sourire et leur attention font toute la différence....
