"Purtroppo la struttura non aveva ricevuto la nostra prenotazione da HOTELS.COM, per cui non aspettavano ospiti (o meglio, il gruppo che doveva andare ha per fortuna cancellato all'ultimo momento e non sapevano nulla del nostro arrivo). Non siamo riusciti ad avere acqua calda e a mettere in funzione i condizionatori per avere il riscaldamento, ma siamo stati bene in quanto la notte non era per niente freddo. "Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere."

"Nothing can beat the personal touch and the amazing family treatment we got from Sonia and her family. We were upgraded to a spacious quiet and very clean room with private parking. We had dinner twice at their restaurant because the home made food was fabulous, in true Tuscan tradition. Breakfast was also good and the location great, close to Florence and Arezzo. Again all in all an unforgettable experience."
